Zach Grafe leverages over a decade of experience to empower nonprofits, social enterprises, and funders with financial clarity. Passionate about helping mission-driven leaders succeed, he provides education and consulting to enhance strategic decision-making and improve financial communication. Zach’s expertise in cost analysis, financial modeling, and best practices has consistently enabled organizations to implement effective financial strategies and thrive. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University, Zach began his career as a data specialist and investment analyst with organizations like ACCION International and New Mexico Community Capital. Fluent in Spanish, Zach enjoys connecting across cultures and spends his time in Albuquerque with his wife and four children, playing soccer, admiring hot air balloons, and eating green chiles on everything.

Partner
Trevor Ice brings over a decade of executive leadership experience within impact organizations, including his most recent role as a Chief Financial Officer of a tech development nonprofit. A former commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, Trevor is skilled at aligning strategy and advocating for programmatic reform, focusing on providing financial direction tailored to organizational needs. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA from Colorado Christian University, Trevor values simplicity and quality in his work to deliver long-term stability. Based in South Seattle, he balances his professional life with spending time with his wife and their five children, hiking and running (often muddy) Pacific Northwest trails.
